Returns Instructions



We hope you love your new VTG Support purchase. But if you’re unhappy with the goods for any reason, please return your item to us in its original packaging, boxed and undamaged.

We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange on unused items returned within 14 days. If the item is faulty, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange where possible. Full terms and conditions can be found on our terms and conditions page.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept the return of any worn, used or damaged products. Our money back guarantees cover unused items only.

Please Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return of any footwear products once these have been worn, with the exception of faulty items.


Returning or exchanging your product couldn’t be easier. All deliveries include a returns form, with a copy of your order on the reverse.

Simply complete this form with the details of your return/exchange and post this back to us as detailed below. We will process your return/exchange as soon as we are able after receipt, and within 10 working days.*
